StageHer Summit 2023 was held in commemoration of the International Day of the Girl-Child at All Seasons Hotel Owerri.

The debate was between Imo government girls secondary school and Owerri City Secondary School.
Topic – Harmful traditional practices, a barrier to women/girls participation in governance in Nigeria.

The proposing team won and cash prizes were awarded to the following students for their outstanding performances;
-1st position 150,000 naira, won by Anyaoha Ofomachukwu from
Imo government secondary school
-2nd position 100,000 naira, won by Benneth Annabel from
Owerri city secondary school
-3rd position 50,000 naira, won by Njoku favour Obiazie from
Imo government secondary school

The program was sponsored by VOWE foundation under the chairmanship of Mrs. Sophie Uzodimma-Onovo, and heavily represented by Miss Nwagu Loveth Chisom

10 schools were in attendance and each school brought 10 students, which made it a total of 100 students in attendance.
